Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage definition

Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, at any time, a percentage calculated as follows: ((SF x ADR) + DVR) x DHR where: SF = stress factor of 2.00; ADR = Adjusted Dilution Ratio; DVR = Dilution Volatility Ratio; DHR = Dilution Horizon Ratio.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, as of any date, the product of (a) the sum of (i) the product of (x) 2.25, multiplied by (y) the average of the Dilution Ratios for each of the twelve most recently ended calendar months, plus (ii) the Dilution Volatility Ratio as at the last day of the most recently ended calendar month, multiplied by (b) the Dilution Horizon Factor as of such date.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means the ratio (expressed as a percentage), calculated on any day, of the product of (a) the sum of (i) the Stress Factor multiplied by Expected Dilution, plus (ii) the Dilution Volatility, times (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio.

Examples of Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage in a sentence

More Definitions of Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage

Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, for any Specified Collection Period, the following calculated as of the last day of such Specified Collection Period: [(SF x ED) + ((DS - ED) x (DS/ED))] x DHR where: SF = the Stress Factor; ED = the Expected Dilutions; DS = the Dilution Spike; and DHR = the Dilution Horizon Ratio.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means, as of any Monthly Reporting Date and continuing to (but excluding) the next succeeding Monthly Reporting Date, a percentage, determined as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period, equal to the product of (a) the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Stress Factor and (B) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recently ended Monthly Periods, plus (ii) the Dilution Volatility Ratio as of such day, and (b) the Dilution Horizon Factor as of such day.
Dynamic Dilution Reserve Percentage means at any time, the amount expressed as a percentage and calculated in accordance with the following formula: DDRP = (SF x ED) + ((DS — ED) x (DS / ED)) x DHR where: SF = the Stress Factor at such time. ED = the Expected Dilution Ratio as such time DS = the highest two (2) consecutive month average of the Dilution Ratios during the immediately preceding twelve months. DHR = the Dilution Horizon Ratio at such time.
