DTC Note definition

DTC Note means a Note cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC system, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC. All Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • The rights of a beneficial owner of a DTC Note with respect to DTC and a Common Depository Note with respect to the Common Depositories may be exercised only through the applicable DTC Participant.

  • Xxxxxxx Mac, the Global Agent, the Exchange Administrator and the Registrar shall not have any responsibility or liability for any aspect of the records relating to or payments made on account of beneficial ownership interests in a DTC Note or for maintaining, supervising or reviewing any records relating to such beneficial ownership interests.

  • Freddie Mac, the Global Agent, the Exchange Administrator and the Registrar shall not have any responsibility or liability for any aspect of the records relating to or payments made on account of beneficial ownership interests in a DTC Note or for maintaining, supervising or reviewing any records relating to such beneficial ownership interests.

  • Thereafter, such registered nominee will be the holder of record and entitled to rights in respect of each DTC Note.

  • Accordingly, each person having a beneficial interest in a DTC Note must rely on the procedures of the institutions having accounts with DTC to exercise any rights of such person.

  • DTC Notes means the Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC and substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto. The Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • DTC Agreement means the agreement between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Depository Trust Company, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated on or about November 8, 2001, relating to the Securitization Bonds, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Global Capital Security means a Capital Securities Certificate evidencing ownership of Book-Entry Capital Securities.
