Driveway extension definition

Driveway extension means a hard compacted surface that extends from the driveway and which is primarily used for the parking of vehicles and not for traveling between two places. The driveway extension must have a base of asphalt, concrete, stone, or gravel.

Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Second Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1 hereof.

  • Initial Term Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitment and the Initial Term Loans made hereunder.
