Domestic Location definition

Domestic Location means a location that is within the United States (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) or Canada.

  • Prior to the establishment of a Domestic Location the Company shall cause to be made all filings under the UCC necessary or appropriate to preserve the perfection of the security interests described herein in the Inventory to be located at such location and to the extent that such location is owned by any Person other than the Company, will obtain a lien waiver with respect to such Inventory in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lender.

  • No Customer shall, at any time, maintain Gold at any particular Approved Domestic Location having an aggregate value (as determined in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof) in excess of the coverage limit of the insurance policy covering such Gold with respect to that particular Approved Domestic Location.

  • Further, for purposes of this Attachment, “U.S.” refers to the 48 contiguous United States and “EDL” (Extended Domestic Location) refers to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Marianas Islands and the United States Virgin Islands.

  • Upon the establishment of a Domestic Location, Schedule 1 hereto shall be deemed amended to add such location thereto without further action by the Lender or the Company, and the Company hereby authorizes the Lender to substitute a new Schedule 1 hereto to reflect such additional location(s).
