The HSP will: retain all records (as that term is defined in FIPPA) related to the HSP’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement for 7 years after the termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement. The HSP’s obligations under this section will survive any termination or expiry of this Agreement; keep all financial records, invoices and other finance-related documents relating to the Funding or otherwise to the Services in a manner consistent with either generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards as advised by the HSP’s auditor; and keep all non-financial documents and records relating to the Funding or otherwise to the Services in a manner consistent with all Applicable Law.
