Do Not Hire List. The list, as may be updated at any time, provided by the Depositor to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator, the Trustee, the Operating Advisor or the Asset Representations Reviewer, which lists certain parties identified by the Depositor as having failed to comply (after any applicable cure period) with their respective obligations under Article XI of this Agreement or as having failed to comply (after any applicable cure period) with any similar Regulation AB reporting requirements under any other securitization transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, as of the Closing Date, no parties appear on the Do Not Hire List.
Do Not Hire List. The list, as may be updated at any time, provided by the Depositor to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer and the Trustee, which lists certain parties identified by the Depositor as having failed to comply with their respective obligations under Section 8.17 of this Agreement or as having failed to comply with any similar Regulation AB reporting requirements under any pooling and servicing agreement relating to any other series of certificates offered by the Depositor.
Do Not Hire List. The list, as may be updated at any time, provided by the Depositor to the Master Servicer, Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator, Trustee or Senior Trust Advisor, which lists certain parties identified by the Depositor as having failed to comply (after any applicable cure period) with their respective obligations under Article XI of this Agreement or as having failed to comply (after any applicable cure period) with any similar Regulation AB reporting requirements under any other securitization transaction.

Examples of Do Not Hire List in a sentence

  • A voluntary resignation may still place the employee on the applicable Agency’s Do Not Hire List or Ineligible for Rehire List.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.
