  • The transactions covered by this report are only those transactions processed by the Asserting Party in capacity in the Senior Trust Advisor, Trust Advisor, or Operating Advisor Services Platform for the asset backed securities transactions listed in Exhibit B hereto (the “Platform”).

  • The transactions covered by this report include asset-backed securities transactions for which the Company acted as the Senior Trust Advisor, Trust Advisor, and/or Operating Advisor for the asset-backed securities transactions listed in Appendix B hereto (the “Operating Advisor Platform” or “Platform”).

  • Trust Advisor means the trust advisor, operating advisor or other analogous term appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Delaware Trustee means, with respect to the Trust, the Person identified as the “Delaware Trustee” in the Trust Agreement, solely in its capacity as Delaware Trustee of the Trust under the Trust Agreement and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Delaware Trustee appointed as therein provided.
