Regulation AB Reporting Requirements. (a) Within 5 days of each Payment Date, the Owner Trustee shall provide in writing to the Depositor and the Trust Administrator disclosure of any legal proceedings pending against the Owner Trustee or its property that would be material to Noteholders, that has not been previously disclosed to the Depositor and the Trust Administrator, including any such proceedings against the Owner Trustee contemplated by governmental authorities, in each case that are known by a Responsible Officer of the Owner Trustee.
