Examples of District Function in a sentence
Unless otherwise indicated, this Code applies to the conduct of students, employees, student's parents/guardians and other visitors on District Property, at a District Function, or that otherwise affects the District's educational program, mission, vision, and goals.
Pulaski Academy & Central School District Function Any Pulaski Academy & Central School District sponsored extracurricular event or activity including but not limited to off-site events.
For example, a director of special education for a school district would be reported with assignment code: “75261” (Title: “75”, Director; Level: “2”, District; Function: “61”, Special Education).
Permanent suspension is reviewed for extraordinary circumstances such as where a student's conduct poses life-threatening danger to the safety and well-being of other students, school personnel or any other person lawfully on District Property or attending a District Function.

Inform the appropriate local law enforcement agency, as soon as practical, of any Code violations or any other conduct that occurs on District Property or at a District Function, or in travel to and from school, that is criminal in nature and substantially affects the moral welfare of a student or the overall safety of the school.
District Employee Any person who, while on District Property or at a District Function, on or off District property, wrongfully refuses a valid request or command to desist in any conduct prohibited by this Code shall be subject to administrative process and contractual requirements found in violation of this Code of Conduct shall be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties as provided by law.
