Distributable Documentation definition

Distributable Documentation means such portions of the Documentation --------------------------- that InterTrust has specifically and in writing identified on Exhibit B as being suitable for general distribution by SSG to Customers, as such portions of the Documentation may from time to time be cataloged by InterTrust and provided to SSG in its discretion, wherein such specification of such authorized documents and the content thereof may be modified by InterTrust through amendment of the Distributable Documentation identified and described on Exhibit B, in accordance with this Agreement.
Distributable Documentation means such portions of the Documentation --------------------------- that InterTrust has specifically and in writing identified as being suitable for general distribution by MBC to Customers, as such portions of the Documentation may from time to time be cataloged by InterTrust and provided to MBC.

Examples of Distributable Documentation in a sentence

  • MBC agrees that InterTrust shall have the right to ----------- approve all versions of InterTrust Technology, documentation provided by MBC concerning MBC Products and Cooperative Applications (including Distributable Documentation), legends and Notices required pursuant to Section 6.3 hereof and other required notices that may be translated by or for MBC into any language other than English.

  • InterTrust shall have the right to receive and approve (to the extent referencing InterTrust Technology and/or capabilities and/or functions enabled by InterTrust Technology) any non-English translations made by or for NatWest of documentation provided by NatWest concerning NatWest Products and any related services (including Distributable Documentation), legends and notices required pursuant to Section 0 hereof and other required notices, and all versions of InterTrust Technology.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, NatWest may, at its expense, translate, or have translated for it, the Distributable Documentation into any appropriate language for purposes of delivery to its Customers or its own internal use.

  • NatWest may modify the format of Distributable -------------------- Documentation and supplement the content thereof, but only in a manner consistent with such Distributable Documentation, to the extent reasonably necessary to enable NatWest's Customers to utilize NatWest Products and/or associated services.

  • Distributable Items means, as prescribed by CRD IV, the amount of the profits at the end of the last financial year plus any profits brought forward and reserves available for that purpose before distributions to holders of own funds instruments less any losses brought forward, profits which are non-distributable pursuant to provisions in legislation or the institution’s by-laws and sums placed to non-distributable reserves in accordance with applicable national law or the statutes of the institution, those losses and reserves being determined on the basis of the individual accounts of the institution and not on the basis of the consolidated accounts, or any successor provision thereto;

  • Distribution facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware that are owned by a public utility that operate at voltages of 34,500 volts or below and that are used to deliver electricity to Retail Electric Customers, up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Retail Electric Customer.

  • Collateral Monthly Interest means the monthly interest distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.06(c).

  • Collateral Senior Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).

  • Monthly Investor Report has the meaning stated in Section 3.5(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Distributable Cash means, as of any relevant date on which a determination is being made by the Manager regarding a potential distribution pursuant to Section 4.01(a), the amount of cash that could be distributed by the Company for such purposes in accordance with the Credit Agreements (and without otherwise violating any applicable provisions of any of the Credit Agreements).

  • Class M-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates.

  • Distributable Certificate Interest means, with respect to any Class of REMIC III Regular Certificates for any Distribution Date, the sum of (A) Accrued Certificate Interest in respect of such Class for such Distribution Date, reduced (to not less than zero) by (1) any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to such Class pursuant to Section 6.7, (2) with respect to each Class of the Class B, Class C, Class D and Class E Certificates, any Trust Advisor Expenses allocated on such Distribution Date to such Class in reduction of the Distributable Certificate Interest thereon pursuant to Section 6.11, and (3) with respect to each Class of the Class C, Class D and Class E Certificates, any amounts reimbursable in accordance with Section 6.11(c), out of amounts otherwise distributable as interest in respect of such Class, to any more senior Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date in respect of Trust Advisor Expenses allocated on prior Distribution Dates to such more senior Class of Certificates pursuant to Section 6.11, plus (B) if such Distribution Date is subsequent to the initial Distribution Date, any Unpaid Interest in respect of such Class for such Distribution Date, plus (C) in the case of a Class of Principal Balance Certificates, if the Certificate Balances of such Principal Balance Certificates are increased on such Distribution Date in accordance with clause (b) of the definition of “Certificate Balance”, the total amount of interest at the applicable Pass-Through Rate that would have accrued and been distributable with respect to the amount by which the related Aggregate Certificate Balance was so increased, if such Aggregate Certificate Balance had not been reduced by that amount in connection with the allocation of Collateral Support Deficits in the first place and assuming that the reinstatement of Certificate Balance is in reverse chronological order of the original reductions therein, plus (D) in the case of each Class of the Class B, Class C, Class D and Class E Certificates, the amount of any Actual Recoveries of Trust Advisor Expenses allocated in accordance with Section 6.11(c) to such Class of Certificates to increase the Distributable Certificate Interest thereof for such Distribution Date, plus (E) in the case of each Class of the Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates, any amounts reimbursed in accordance with Section 6.11(c) to such Class of Certificates by any more junior Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date in respect of Trust Advisor Expenses allocated on prior Distribution Dates to the subject Class of Certificates pursuant to Section 6.11. Any increase in the Distributable Certificate Interest with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates for any Distribution Date pursuant to clause (C) of the prior sentence shall result in a corresponding reduction of interest payable on unreimbursed allocations of Collateral Support Deficits in respect of such Class of Principal Balance Certificates.

  • Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Realized Losses means, with respect to any Receivable that becomes a Liquidated Receivable, the excess of the Principal Balance of such Liquidated Receivable over Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent allocable to principal.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, interest accrued for the related Interest Accrual Period on the Class B Notes at the interest rate for such Class on the Outstanding Amount of the Notes of such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, on the Closing Date), after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date. For all purposes of this Agreement and the Basic Documents, interest with respect to all Class B Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. The interest due on these Classes of notes on each Payment Date will be the product of: · the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class B Notes; · the Class B Interest Rate; and · 30 (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, 26) divided by 360.

  • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.
