Companion Distribution Account definition

Companion Distribution Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Companion Distribution Account. With respect to any Serviced Companion Loan, the separate account created and maintained by the Companion Paying Agent pursuant to Section 3.04(b) and held on behalf of the Companion Holders, which shall be entitled “Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, as Companion Paying Agent for the benefit of the Companion Holders of the Companion Loans, relating to the JPMBB Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2013-C14, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2013-C14.” The Companion Distribution Account shall not be an asset of the Trust Fund, the Lower-Tier REMIC, the Upper-Tier REMIC or the Grantor Trust, but instead shall be held by the Companion Paying Agent on behalf of the Companion Holders. Any such account shall be an Eligible Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Master Servicer and the Companion Paying Agent are the same entity, the Companion Distribution Account may be the subaccount referenced in the second paragraph of Section 3.04(b).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Master Servicer and the Companion Paying Agent are the same entity, the Companion Distribution Account may be the subaccount referenced in the second paragraph of Section 3.04(b).
