Direct Service Hour definition

Direct Service Hour. Any hour (or part of an hour) spent working directly or indirectly with and/or for the betterment of an identified client. Any time that can be legitimately assigned to a CCC Service Code is considered a Direct Service Hour (or part of a direct service hour).
