Diesel motor fuel definition

Diesel motor fuel means any liquid fuel used in the operation of engines of the diesel type in motor vehicles or watercraft.
Diesel motor fuel means any fuel sold in this state and for use in diesel engines which is commercially known or offered for sale as diesel motor fuel.
Diesel motor fuel means No. 1 Diesel fuel, No. 2 Diesel fuel, biodiesel, kerosene, fuel oil or other middle distillate and also motor fuel suitable for use in the operation of an engine of the diesel type, excluding, however, any product specifically designated “No. 4 Diesel fuel” and not suitable as a fuel used in the operation of a motor vehicle engine.
