Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff officer, department chairperson, section chairperson, and committee chair.
Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;
Clinical Staff means those employees of a provider who are responsible for providing clinical services to clients.

Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.
Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;
Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;
Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.
Chief of Staff means the member of the Professional Staff appointed by the Board to serve as Chief of Staff in accordance with the regulations under the Public Hospitals Act;
TSO means the CCR Hansa TSO(s) unless it is explicitly otherwise stated.
MSO means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;
member of staff means a person appointed to or holding a paid office or employment under the authority; and
AMP means ABRY Mezzanine Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

Audiology means the care and services provided by a licensed audiologist as set forth in the member state’s statutes and rules.
