Device Acceptance Time has the meaning given in the Mobile Device Terms. End User means, at any time in relation to an Account:
Offer Acceptance Time is defined in Section 1.1(h) of the Agreement.
Acceptance Time has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.
Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
Offer Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(f).
Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate. Decrement Bid:
Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.
Acceptance Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(2).
Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.
Termination Time means the time at which the right to exercise Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 5.1;
Offer Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(b).
XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
Programme Effective Date means 5 December 2017.
Cooling Off Period means the duration of time counted from the date when the direct seller and the direct selling entity enter into an agreement and ending with the date on which the contract is to be performed and within which direct seller may repudiate the agreement without being subject to penalty for breach of contract.
Final Acceptance Date means, in respect of any Offer, the final date for acceptance of such Offer which, if such Offer is extended prior to becoming unconditional, shall be the final date for acceptance of the extended Offer (but, if such Offer is or becomes unconditional, disregarding any additional or further period during which such Offer is open for acceptance);
Inactive Trading Account means a Client's trading account which has not had an open position, pending order, or non-trading operation in 3 months period.
Outside Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).
Leave application date means the date on which a person granted stateless leave made an application to remain in the UK as a stateless person under the immigration rules (within the meaning given in section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971).
Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3. Part I:
Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
Maximum horizontal acceleration in lithified earth material means the maximum expected horizontal acceleration depicted on a seismic hazard map, with a 90 percent or greater probability that the acceleration will not be exceeded in 250 years, or the maximum expected horizontal acceleration based on a site-specific seismic risk assessment.
Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.
Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.
Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.
Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.
