Demonstrator Vehicle definition

Demonstrator Vehicle means an unregistered vehicle from the 1997 or 1998 model year which has been used and operated by Seller on dealer plates for sales demonstration purposes. "USED VEHICLE" shall mean any vehicle which is not a "new vehicle", a "demonstrator vehicle" or a "rollback vehicle" as defined in the three preceding sentences.
Demonstrator Vehicle means an unregistered Volkswagen vehicle from the 1997 or 1998-model year, which has been used and operated by Seller on dealer plates for sales demonstration purposes. "Used Vehicle" shall mean any vehicle, which is not a "new vehicle", a "demonstrator vehicle" or a "rollback vehicle" as defined in the three preceding sentences.
Demonstrator Vehicle means a Floorplan Vehicle (other than a Used Vehicle or a Rental Vehicle) which in addition to being available for sale is also to be used for demonstration purposes and/or as a courtesy and/or business support vehicle by Polestar in the ordinary course of its business and which is designated as such by Polestar to VCFSUK via APAK;

Demonstrator Vehicle means a motor vehicle that is used exclusively for the purpose of sale of another vehicle of the same class;
