Rental Vehicle definition

Rental Vehicle means a motor vehicle that is used for or by a person other than the owner of the motor vehicle through an arrangement and for consideration.
Rental Vehicle means a campervan/motorhome that does not exceed 4.5 tonne, a sedan, hatchback or station-wagon, four wheel drive or mini bus/people mover rented from a licensed motor vehicle rental company.
Rental Vehicle means any single automobile hired under a short term contract from a Car Rental Company/ Agency or Car Club Company. This insurance will not cover any Rental Vehicle that is a motor home, camper van, trailer or caravan, a van, commercial vehicle or truck, motorcycle, moped, motorbike, vehicle for which the main use is intended to be off-road, recreational vehicle (RV), high performance vehicle, prestige or exotic vehicle or a vehicle with more than 9 seats.

Rental Vehicle means any single automobile owned and operated by a car rental company or agency that is hired under a short term contract UNLESS it is:
