Loan Facility: CAD $3,500,000 non-amortizing, non-revolving Term Facility (the "Loan") Dejour Commitment Letter Purpose: The First Advance shall be used to repay and cancel "Credit Facility B" (or any replacement or substitution thereof) as described in the commitment letter dated March 25, 2013 between the Canadian Lender and Dejour Alberta.
Ontario means Her Majesty in Right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
O.C.G.A. means the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
BC means the Province of British Columbia;
CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (Fish & G. Code, § 2050 et seq.) and all rules, regulations and guidelines promulgated pursuant to that Act.
RIO means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;
AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
Conifer means a tree that is a Douglas-fir, true fir, pine, western hemlock, spruce, or cedar.
CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
PETE means polyethylene terephthalate, labeled by the SPI code #1.
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
Quadriplegia means total Paralysis of both upper and lower limbs. “Hemiplegia” means total Paralysis of the upper and lower limbs on one side of the body. “Uniplegia” means total Paralysis of one lower limb or one upper limb. “Paraplegia” means total Paralysis of both lower limbs or both upper limbs. “Paralysis” means total loss of use. A Doctor must determine the loss of use to be complete and not reversible at the time the claim is submitted.
