Examples of Deferred Approvals in a sentence

  • Contractor is required to comply with inclusion of Deferred Approvals in the Schedule as required under Article 3.9.6DSA Approvals Required Prior to Work.

Related to Deferred Approvals

  • Required Approvals shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(e).

  • Required Approval has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).

  • Governmental Filings means all filings, including franchise and similar tax filings, and the payment of all fees, assessments, interests and penalties associated with such filings with all Governmental Authorities.

  • Requisite Shareholder Approval means the affirmative vote of a majority of the outstanding shares of the Preferred Stock and the Common Stock (voting together as a single class) and the affirmative vote of a majority of the outstanding shares of Common Stock (voting separately as a single class), in each case approving the Authorized Shares Amendment.
