Company Approvals definition

Company Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b).

• All Company Approvals and all Parent Approvals shall have been obtained or made.

More Definitions of Company Approvals

Company Approvals means, any consent, license, permit, approval, waiver or authorization or order of, filings with or any notification to any third-Person or Governmental Authority required as a result of the Transactions.

Company Approvals has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.18(b).

Company Approvals means all rights, licenses, permits, approvals, waivers, consents and authorizations that are necessary for the Company to engage in the activities specified in the Business Scope and the other business activities contemplated in this Contract.
