Company Approvals definition
Company Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).

Company Approvals means all rights, licenses, permits, approvals, waivers, consents and authorizations that are necessary for the Company to engage in the activities specified in the Business Scope and the other business activities contemplated in this Contract.

As part of the approval of the engagement under this Agreement, the Company Approvals shall include approval of the updated compensation policy attached as Appendix 10 to this Agreement and approval of the terms of service for the Company’s officers, including insurance, indemnification, and exemption, and specifically, A▇▇▇’s terms of office.
On the Closing Date, and subject to the receipt of Company Approvals, indemnification and exemption letters shall be granted to the directors and officers appointed on the Closing Date, in the forms customarily used by the Company.

Company Approvals has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.18(b).
