Debenture Certificate definition

Debenture Certificate means a certificate evidencing Debentures substantially in the form attached as Schedule A hereto;

Debenture Certificate means the certificate representing a Debenture and containing the terms and conditions thereof, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 1;

Debenture Certificate means a certificate, substantially in the form set forth in Schedule “A” hereto, to evidence Certificated Debentures;
