Date of Lodging definition

Date of Lodging means the date this Consent Decree is filed for lodging with the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Date of Lodging means the date this Decree is filed for lodging with the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Date of Lodging means the date that this Consent Decree is lodged with the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

• Within 30 Days after the Effective Date, Defendants shall pay, collectively, the total sum of $40,000,000.00 as a civil penalty, together with interest accruing from the date on which the Consent Decree is lodged with the Court, at the rate specified in 28 U.S.C. § 1961, as of the Date of Lodging.

• Defendants bear all risks that, should they implement the Mitigation Project prior to the Date of Lodging or before Mitigation Project Plan approval, Defendants may not receive credit for actions taken prior to the Date of Lodging or Mitigation Project Plan approval.

More Definitions of Date of Lodging

Date of Lodging means the day on which this proposed Consent Decree is lodged with the Court, before commencement of the public comment period described in Section XXIV.
