Date of Complete Withdrawal definition

Date of Complete Withdrawal means the date on which We receive Your notice for Complete Withdrawal of the Policy.

  • Proceeds of the Discontinued Policy Fund means the Fund Value as on the Date of Complete Withdrawal.

  • Cash Withdrawal means a disbursement of funds in any currency from any Account out of the balance in your favour (whether or not in the form of cash) made or obtained through or in connection with any Citibank ATM/ Debit Card.

  • Free Withdrawal Amount ’ means an amount equal to the percentage, stated in the Data Pages, of the Annuity Account Value, minus the total of all prior withdrawals (and associated Withdrawal Charges) made as described in Section 5.01 in the current Contract Year that may be withdrawn each Contract Year without incurring a Withdrawal Charge. We have the right to change the Free Withdrawal Amount, but it will always be a percentage between 5% and 30% if so provided in the Data Pages.

For purposes of this Section 14.5, the term B-Class-of-Shares means each of the B-1 Class of Shares of the Fund, the B-2 Class of Shares of the Fund and each other class of shares of the Fund hereafter issued which would be treated as Shares under Schedule I hereto or which has substantially similar economic characteristics to the B-1 or B-2 Classes of Shares taking into account the total sales charge, CDSC or other similar charges borne directly or indirectly by the holder of the shares of such class.   • Single Employer Plan any Plan which is covered by Title IV of ERISA, but which is not a Multiemployer Plan.

  • Company ERISA Affiliate means all employers (whether or not incorporated) that would be treated together with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as a “single employer” within the meaning of Section 414 of the Code.

  • Annual Benefit Limit means the maximum amount of benefits paid by the Company to the Policy Holder in a Policy Year irrespective of whether any limits of any benefit items stated in the Benefit Schedule have been reached. The Annual Benefit Limit is counted afresh in a new Policy Year.

  • Multi-employer Plan means a "multi-employer plan" as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA which is or was at any time during the current year or the immediately preceding six (6) years contributed to by the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate.

  • Nonqualified withdrawal means a withdrawal from an account that is not:

  • Qualified withdrawal means a withdrawal from an account to pay the qualified disability expenses of the designated beneficiary of the account.

  • Substantial emotional distress means significant mental suffering or anguish that may, but does not necessarily, require medical or other professional treatment or counseling.
