Your Notice Sample Clauses

The "Your Notice" clause defines the requirements and procedures for how one party must formally notify the other about important matters under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the acceptable methods of delivering notices, such as by email, postal mail, or courier, and may require that notices be sent to a designated address or contact person. By establishing clear rules for communication, the clause ensures that both parties are properly informed of significant events or changes, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether notice was given.
