Data Breach Event means any event that results, or may result, in the unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Contract, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Contract, including any Personal Data Breach;

Data Breach Event means any event involving the loss, theft, accidental or unintentional release, disclosure or accidental publication of Personal Data in the Insured's care, custody or control that has resulted in or could result in the fraudulent use of such information.   • Data Breach means the unauthorized access by an unauthorized person that results in the use, disclosure or theft of Customer Data.

  • Severe Disruption Event means any event specified as such in the Final Terms.
