DA NAVS definition

DA NAVS means DA NAV of the Master Fund attributable to the Feeder Fund Shares of the relevant class divided by the number of outstanding Feeder Fund Shares of the relevant class, as determined by the Determination Agent;
DA NAVS means DA NAV of the Master Fund attributable to the Feeder Fund Shares of the relevant class divided by the number of outstanding Feeder Fund Shares of the relevant class, as determined by (i) if the DA NAVS is being determined for the purposes of any calculation required in connection with the determination of an Interest Amount, the Fund Administrator and (ii) in all other circumstances, the Determination Agent;
