Cruise Status definition

Cruise Status as used in this Agreement shall mean any period when the training ship is not on dockside status or shipyard status, it being understood that such period shall be, at the least, the whole of the sea term as defined in the academic calendar of the Academy.

  • Stillbirth means an unintended fetal death occurring after a gestation period of 20 completed weeks or more or an unintended fetal death of a fetus with a weight of 350 or more grams.
