Critical Success Factors definition

Critical Success Factors means factors identified by the SHR Panel that are the necessary foundations to support sustainable change. They should be considered as essential components of all implementation efforts, and include: Culture and Leadership; Engagement and Partnership; Funding and investment; Governance; Metrics and transparency to drive change; and Invest in analytic / diagnostic capability.
Critical Success Factors means one or more measures established by the Committee for the Company or individual Participants therein or by the Management Team for each Business Unit or individual Participants therein which will be used to determine if Awards under this Plan have been earned. Different Critical Success Factors may be assigned to different Business Units and different Participants.
Critical Success Factors or “CSFs” means, with respect to a Project Target, (a) the Hit CSFs, or (b) the criteria that must be met in order for a Hit to be designated as a Successful Candidate.
