Examples of Creditors’ Committee Professionals in a sentence

  • In the event an appeal is pending from this Confirmation Order as of the Effective Date the Creditors’ Committee shall remain in existence only for purposes related to the prosecution and defense of such appeal, and the Creditors’ Committee Professionals shall be entitled to compensation and reimbursement of expenses in connection with such matters.

  • Creditors’ Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Ad Hoc Committee means a special purpose committee of limited duration, appointed by Council to consider a specific matter and which is dissolved automatically upon submitting its final report to Council, unless otherwise directed by Council.

The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
