Credit Suisse DIP Obligors means the Debtor borrowers and guarantors under the Credit Suisse DIP Facility which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include the Credit Suisse Debtors.
Credit Suisse means Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch.
Goldman Sachs means Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
Wachovia means Wachovia Bank, National Association, a national banking association, and its successors.
BMO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
JPMorgan means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and its successors.
Bank of America Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of September 28, 2018 between the Borrower and Bank of America.
GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of the Closing Date, between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.
Barclays shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
MLPFS means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated.
Fortis means Fortis Inc.;
Morgan Stanley Broker means a broker-dealer affiliated with Morgan Stanley.
ABN AMRO means ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
GE Capital means General Electric Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
JPM shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;
Syndication Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Morgan Stanley Morgan Stanley, a Delaware corporation.
KeyBank means KeyBank National Association.
BofA means Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, a national banking association.
Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
Deutsche Bank means Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliated companies, as the context requires.
RBC means Royal Bank of Canada.
Natixis means Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC and its successors in interest.
Citi shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
CGMI means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
UBS shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
