CRC Requirements shall have the meaning provided in Paragraph 79. “Xxxxxxx Site” shall have the meaning provided in Subparagraph 10(f)(xxii). “CWA” shall have the meaning provided in the Recitals.

  • There are two components of the CRC Requirements to ensure compliance with Federal civil rights laws: (1) the CRC LOA; and (2) the CRC Plan.
