CP Rail Trail definition

CP Rail Trail has the meaning ascribed in the recitals to this Agreement, and is operated by the County as a public multi-use recreational trail;

CP Rail Trail means the recreational trail established by the County for the use of pedestrians, human-powered vehicles, snowmobiles and ATVs which is situated on, inter alia, the CP Rail Trail Lands defined herein;
