COVENANTS OF REGISTRY OPERATOR. Specification 1 Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies To obtain an assurance that Registry Operator has implemented and is complying with all Consensus and Temporary Policies. Specification 2; PART A, Sections 1 and 3 Data Escrow requirements; Technical Specifications To confirm that content of the escrow deposits are per the executed Registry Agreement. Specification 2; PART B Data Escrow requirements; Legal Requirements To confirm compliance with the Legal Requirements for Data Escrow as set forth in Specification 2, Part B of the 2013 Registry Agreement. Specification 3 Format and content for Registry Operator monthly reporting To confirm the monthly Per-Registrar Transactions Report accurately represents the number of active domains. Specification 4 Registration data publication services To confirm that Registry is in compliance with Registration Data Directory Services (RDDS) requirements, per Specification 4 (Sections 1.5, 1.6, 1.7). Specification 5 Schedule of reserved names To confirm that Names and Labels that Registry Operators are obligated to reserve are handled appropriately Specification 6 Registry Interoperability and continuity specifications To confirm that Registry Operator: Follows the obligation to block certain names, as required Follows procedures intended to prevent name collision occurrences Has the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and it includes key provisions Addresses orphan glue records appropriately Is able to accept IPv6 addresses Specification 7 Minimum requirements for rights protection mechanisms To confirm that Registry Operator implemented and adhered to the rights protection mechanisms (“RPMs”) Specification 8 Continued Operations Instrument To ensure that Registry Operator complies with the terms and conditions relating to the Continued Operations Instrument Specification 9 Registry Operator Code of Conduct To confirm Registry Operator compliance with Code of Conduct. Specification 11 Public Interest Commitments To confirm that Registry Operator complies with its public interest commitments as incorporated into Specification 11 of the Registry Agreement. That includes safeguards related to Category 1 (Consumer Protection, Sensitive Strings and Regulated markets) and Category 2 (Restrictive/Exclusive access) strings. Specification 12 Community Registration Policies To confirm that Registry Operator has implemented and complied with all Community Registration Policies
