Costs of Compliance definition

Costs of Compliance means all costs (including costs of Remedial Work), capital expenditures, fees and expenditures of any kind associated with attaining or maintaining compliance with any Environmental Law and all costs, fees and expenditures of any kind required to obtain, amend, renew or otherwise maintain any Environmental Permits.

As such, you may be restricted in the activities that you may undertake and for which you may be paid, and, therefore, we recognize that you will not perform activities that are inconsistent with your statutory and regulatory obligations. Because you will be the only one having a direct relationship with the customer, you will be responsible in that relationship for insuring compliance with all laws and regulations, including those of all applicable federal and state regulatory authorities and bodies having jurisdiction over you or your customers to the extent applicable to securities purchases hereunder.

  • Safety compliance facility means a licensee that is a commercial entity that receives marihuana from a marihuana facility or registered primary caregiver, tests it for contaminants and for tetrahydrocannabinol and other cannabinoids, returns the test results, and may return the marihuana to the marihuana facility.

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Officer’s Compliance Certificate means a certificate of the chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.
