Contingent Support Payment definition

Contingent Support Payment or “CSP” means the amount, if any, for a Settlement Month, expressed in Dollars, as calculated in accordance with Exhibit J.
Contingent Support Payment is a payment calculated pursuant to Exhibit 4.2 and to be made by the Counterparty to the Generator pursuant to Section 4.2(a).
Contingent Support Payment or “CSP” means the positive amount, if any, by which the Total Monthly Fixed Capacity Payment exceeds the Imputed Net Revenue for a Settlement Month, expressed in Dollars and calculated in accordance with Exhibit J.

  • Delayed contribution payment means an amount paid by an employee for purchase of current service. The amount shall be determined using the same formula in KRS 61.5525, and the payment shall not be picked up by the employer. A delayed contribution payment shall be deposited to the member's account and considered as accumulated contributions of the individual member.
