Settlement Month has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.2, provided that if the first or last Settlement Month in the Term is less than a full calendar month, for the purposes of Exhibit J such month shall be equal to the number of days of the Term in such calendar month.

Examples of Settlement Month in a sentence

  • A Statement may be delivered by the Buyer to the Supplier by electronic means and shall include the reference number assigned to this Agreement by the Buyer and a description of the components of the Monthly Payment and other payments, as described in this Agreement, including Section 4.1 as applicable, owing to the Supplier for the Settlement Month.

  • The Buyer shall prepare and deliver a settlement statement (the “Statement”) to the Supplier, within twenty (20) Business Days after the end of each calendar month in the Term that is the subject of the Statement (the “Settlement Month”), setting out the basis for the Monthly Payment with respect to the Settlement Month, as well as the basis for any other payments owing under this Agreement by either Party to the other in the Settlement Month.
