Contiguous municipality definition

Contiguous municipality means a municipality that has a boundary contiguous with a principal municipality and having:

  • municipal area means the area of jurisdiction of the municipality demarcated in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Demarcation Act 1998 (Act No 27 of 1998);

  • Area means Monterey County, San Benito County, and Santa Cruz County.
