Consolidated Service Contract Capital Expenditures definition

Consolidated Service Contract Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures made by Holdings, the Borrowers and the Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis with respect to the negotiation, implementation, extension, renewal, amendment or replacement of, or pursuant to any terms of, any Service Contract, including, without limitation, advances and loans made by any of Holdings, the Borrowers or the Subsidiaries pursuant to such Service Contracts.

  • Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.
