Consolidated Adjusted Debt definition

Consolidated Adjusted Debt means, at any time, the sum of, without duplication, (i) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness and (ii) the product of Consolidated Rents multiplied by 6.0.
Consolidated Adjusted Debt means at any date (i) the Debt of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries plus (ii) 8 times Rentals (but excluding any payments with respect to a Capital Lease to the extent such Capital Lease is included in clause (i)) payable by the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for the period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ended on or most recently prior to such date, determined on a consolidated basis as of such date.
Consolidated Adjusted Debt on any date, the sum of (a) Funded Debt of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries on such date, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, plus (b) the product of Consolidated Lease Expense for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters most recently ended on or prior to such date multiplied by 8.

  • The Borrower shall cause the ratio of Consolidated Adjusted Debt to Consolidated EBITDAR as of the last day of each fiscal quarter to be no greater than 3.00 to 1.00.

More Definitions of Consolidated Adjusted Debt

Consolidated Adjusted Debt means, as of any date of determination for any Person, (i) Consolidated Total Debt of such Person as of such date minus (ii) Consolidated Operating Debt of such Person as of such date.
