Related Actions definition

Related Actions means any proceedings, other than the Litigation, that allege that Defendant violated BIPA or any related statutes or common law claims, that were or could have been brought by a plaintiff who alleged they had their biometrics taken by Defendant.
Related Actions means those actions listed in Exhibit B.

Related Actions means any proceeding, other than the Litigation, that alleges that Uber violated the TCPA brought by a plaintiff and/or on behalf of persons or entities who would be a Class Member, including Giacomaro v. Uber Technologies, Inc. (EDNY; Case No. 2:17-cv-03923) and Kolloukian v. Uber Technologies, Inc. (C.D. Cal.; Case No. 2:15-cv-02856).
