Consent and Estoppel Agreement definition

Consent and Estoppel Agreement means that certain Consent and Estoppel Agreement, dated April __, 2001, by and between Billing Concepts, Inc., a Delaware corporation, SGCC, SGOC, SGLC and Purchaser.
