Completed Schedules definition

Completed Schedules has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.12;
Completed Schedules means the schedules to this Agreement that have been completed and approved by the Parties as at the date of this Agreement and are attached hereto;

Related to Completed Schedules

  • Schedules means the document(s) entitled schedules, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Letter of Tender, as included in the Contract. Such document may include the Bills of Quantities, data, lists, and schedules of rates and/or prices.

  • Exhibits means the several exhibits referred to and identified in this Agreement.

  • Amended Schedule is defined in Section 2.3(b) of this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Annexes “Exhibits”, or “Schedules” shall be to Articles, Sections, Annexes, Exhibits or Schedules of or to this Agreement unless otherwise specifically provided. References to any statute or act shall include all related current regulations and all amendments and any successor statutes, acts and regulations. All amounts used for purposes of financial calculations required to be made herein shall be without duplication. References to any statute or act, without additional reference, shall be deemed to refer to federal statutes and acts of the United States. References to any agreement, instrument or document shall include all schedules, exhibits, annexes and other attachments thereto. As used in this Agreement, the meaning of the term “material” or the phrase “in all material respects” is intended to refer to an act, omission, violation or condition which reflects or could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. References to capitalized terms that are not defined herein, but are defined in the UCC, shall have the meanings given them in the UCC. All references herein to times of day shall be references to daylight or standard time, as applicable.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Company Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by the Company to the Commitment Parties on the date of this Agreement.

  • Seller Disclosure Schedules means those certain Seller Disclosure Schedules dated as of the date of this Agreement, provided by Seller to Purchaser.

  • Buyer Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Corporate Chart means a corporate organizational chart, list or other similar document in each case in form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and setting forth, for each Person that is a Loan Party, that is subject to Section 7.11

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.

  • Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Closing Date Certificate means a Closing Date Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1.

  • Pro Forma Compliance Certificate means a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower containing reasonably detailed calculations of the financial covenants set forth in Section 8.11 recomputed as of the end of the period of the four fiscal quarters most recently ended for which the Borrower has delivered financial statements pursuant to Section 7.01(a) or (b) after giving effect to the applicable transaction on a Pro Forma Basis.

  • Perfection Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit H hereto or any other form reasonably approved by the Collateral Agent, as the same shall be supplemented from time to time.

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • Pre-Contractual Statement means a draft agreement, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to this Agreement made or given by a Party to this Agreement or any other person at any time prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Addenda or Addendum means additional directions, modifications and alternations to solicitation which is issued as separate document prior to the time of receipt of bids or proposals

  • Performance Certificate means the certificate issued under Sub-Clause
