Compensatory Restitution Amount. The aggregate amount paid or incurred by the Settling Distributors hereunder other than amounts paid as attorneys’ fees and costs or identified pursuant to Section V.B.2 as being used to pay attorneys’ fees, investigation costs or litigation costs.
