Examples of Settling Distributors in a sentence

  • The Settling Distributors and the Enforcement Committee shall meet and confer in order to agree on data sources for purposes of this Section prior to the Preliminary Agreement Date.

  • Releasors (1) will not encourage any person or entity to bring or maintain any Released Claim against any Released Entity and (2) will reasonably cooperate with and not oppose any effort by Settling Distributors to secure the prompt dismissal of any and all Released Claims.

  • The actions of that Releasor and Settling Distributors taken pursuant to paragraph (c) must, in combination, ensure Settling Distributors are not required to pay more with respect to Covered Conduct than the amounts owed by Settling Distributors under this Agreement.

  • Pursuant to the schedule set forth in Exhibit M and subject to the reduction specified in Section IX.B, the Settling Distributors shall pay an Additional Restitution Amount to the Settling States listed in Exhibit N.

  • On or before the Reference Date, the Settling Distributors shall inform the Settling States of their determination pursuant to Section VIII.A. If the Settling Distributors determine to proceed, the Parties will proceed to file the Consent Judgments and the obligations in the Subdivision Settlement Participation Forms will be effective and binding as of the Reference Date.

  • Payments placed into the Settlement Fund do not revert back to the Settling Distributors.

  • The Settling Distributors consent to the jurisdiction of the court in which each Settling State files its Consent Judgment, limited to resolution of disputes identified in Section VI.F.1 for resolution in that court.
