Certain Subdivisions shall be eligible to receive regional allocation funds in the form of a block grant for future Opioid Remediation.
All funds paid as an Additional Restitution Amount shall be part of the Compensatory Restitution Amount, shall be used for Opioid Remediation, except as allowed by Section V.B.2, and shall be governed by the same requirements as specified in Section V.F.
