Company Tax Increment Revenues definition

Company Tax Increment Revenues means that portion of all real and personal property taxes assessed by and paid to the City in any Tax Year, in excess of any special assessment by City or any State or special district tax, upon the Captured Assessed Value, allocated and pledged to the Company pursuant to Articles II and III of this Agreement, to support the Company Project on the Company Property.
Company Tax Increment Revenues means in each year this Agreement is in effect an amount of money equal to the Retained Tax Increment Revenues allocated to the Company pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof.

  • The Company shall have the right to initiate and maintain an action to specifically enforce the City's obligations hereunder, including without limitation, the City's obligation to establish and maintain the Account and to deposit Company Tax Increment Revenues to the Account and its obligation to make required payment to the Company.

  • The City agrees that all one hundred percent (100%) of the Retained Tax Increment Revenues shall constitute Company Tax Increment Revenues.

  • The City shall never be under any obligation to deposit into the Company Project Cost Subaccount, any funds other than Company Tax Increment Revenues received by the City from Company, the City’s obligations under this Agreement extending only to funds that are Company Tax Increment Revenues actually paid by Company to the City.Interest earnings thereon shall be retained by the City for the City’s own use.

  • This Agreement shall not directly, indirectly or contingently obligate the City, the State of Maine, or any other City or political subdivision to levy or to pledge any form of taxation whatever therefor or to make any appropriation for their payment, excepting the City’s obligation to levy property taxes upon the Company Project and the pledge established under this Agreement of the Company Tax Increment Revenues received by the City from Company.

  • Subject to subparagraph (ii) below, thirty (30) days after each installment of property taxes for any Fiscal Year is paid, the Town will disburse and pay to the Company the Company Tax Increment Revenues on deposit in the Hub, LLC Project Cost Subaccount for application toward or reimbursement of Project Costs.

  • The obligations of the Town to deposit Company Tax Increment Revenues into the Hub, LLC Project Cost Subaccount and to make payments therefrom to Company shall terminate following the final payment(s) due from the Town in the Town’s Fiscal Year 2038-2039 unless this Agreement shall be terminated earlier according to its terms including the potential cap referenced in the definition of Company Tax Increment Revenues is met on an earlier date.

  • The Town’s obligations of payment hereunder shall be limited obligations of the Town payable solely from the Company Tax Increment Revenues pledged therefor under this Agreement.

  • Tax increment revenues means the amount of ad valorem property taxes and specific local taxes attributable to the application of the levy of all taxing jurisdictions upon the captured assessed value of real and personal property in the zone.   • Incremental property taxes means the taxes as provided in Iowa Code sections 403.19 and 260E.4. “Industry” means a business engaged in interstate or intrastate commerce for the purpose of manufacturing, processing, or assembling products, conducting research and development, or providing services in interstate commerce, but excludes retail, health, or professional services. An industry is a business engaged in activities described as eligible in the Act rather than the generic definition encompassing all businesses in the state doing the same activities. An industry is considered to be a single, corporate entity or operating subdivision. An industry which closes or substantially reduces its operation in one area of the state of Iowa and relocates substantially the same operation in another area of the state is not eligible for a project. This definition does not prohibit a business from expanding its operations in another area of the state provided that existing operations of a similar nature are not

  • Recovered tax increment value means, except as otherwise

  • Tax increment financing acts means 1975 PA 197, MCL 125.1651 to 125.1681, the tax increment finance authority act, 1980 PA 450, MCL 125.1801 to 125.1830, the local development financing act, 1986 PA 281, MCL 125.2151 to 125.2174, the brownfield redevelopment financing act, 1996 PA 381, MCL 125.2651 to 125.2672, or the corridor improvement authority act, 2005 PA 280, MCL 125.2871 to 125.2899.

  • Available Tax Increment means the Gross Tax Increment received by the City from Hennepin County during the period preceding each semi-annual Payment Date, less (i) the amount of tax increment, if any, which the City must pay to the school district, the county and the state pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.177, Subds. 9 and 11; 469.176, Subd. 4h; and 469.175, Subd. 1a, as the same may be amended from time to time, (ii) actual administrative costs of the City in an amount not to exceed 10% of Gross Tax Increment.

  • Gross Rooms Revenue means all revenues derived from the sale or rental of Guest Rooms (both transient and permanent) of the Hotel, including revenue derived from the redemption of points or rewards under the loyalty programs in which the Hotel participates, amounts attributable to breakfast (where the guest room rate includes breakfast), Mandatory Guest Fees, late cancellation fees, and guaranteed no- show revenue and credit transactions, whether or not collected, at the actual rates charged, less allowances for any Guest Room rebates and overcharges, and will not include taxes collected directly from patrons or guests. Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.

  • TIF Revenues means incremental ad valorem taxes generated by the Project which are allocated to and paid to the Authority pursuant to the Act.

  • Operating Revenues means, for any, period, the gross revenues arising from the ownership and operation of the Properties during such period, including proceeds of any business interruption or rental loss insurance and amounts released from reserves, but specifically excluding Capital Proceeds, Capital Contributions and proceeds of Indebtedness.

  • Tax Revenues means the Personal Income Taxes and such other revenues, including Alternative Revenues (but excluding Building Aid), as the Authority may derive directly from the State from taxes imposed by the City or the State and collected by the State.

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.
