Company 2008 Notes definition

Company 2008 Notes means the Company’s 9 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 in the original principal amount of $100,000,000, issued pursuant to the indenture dated July 2, 1996 between the Company and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as in effect on the date hereof.

  • 2024 Notes means the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2024, issued pursuant to the 2024 Indenture.

  • 2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.

  • Bridge Notes means the series of notes, of which this Note is a part, dated on or about the date hereof, each of which are identical, other than the date of the Note, identity of the Holder and principal amount of this Note.

  • Company Notes means the 5.500% Senior Notes of the Company due 2027 issued under the Indenture.

As of the Closing Date, the Public Notes include the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes, other than any Notes held by the Depositor (or any other entity whose separate existence from the Trust is disregarded for federal income tax purposes).

  • 2021 Notes means the 4.700% Senior Notes due 2021, originally issued by Ensco plc (now Valaris), a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales.

  • Fundserv Notes means Notes purchased through Fundserv.

  • Original Bonds has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • New Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 32.

  • Convertible Notes has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • 2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • 2013 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$345,000,000 of 5.00% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2013 issued pursuant to the 2013 Note Indenture.

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • 2017 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$600,000,000 of 6.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2017 issued pursuant to the 2017 Note Indenture.

  • 2026 Notes means those certain 3.850% Senior Notes due 2026, issued by the Company pursuant to the 2026 Notes Indenture, in an aggregate original principal amount of $300.0 million.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.

  • Original Notes means the Initial Notes and any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.
