Community reinvestment area definition

Community reinvestment area means an area within a municipal corporation or unincorporated area of a county for which the legislative authority of the municipal corporation or, for the unincorporated area, of the county, has adopted a resolution under section 3735.66 of the Revised Code describing the boundaries of the area and containing a statement of finding that the area included in the description is one in which housing facilities or structures of historical significance are located and new housing construction and repair of existing facilities or structures are discouraged.
