Housing facilities means the Issuer’s existing low-rent multifamily housing units and appurtenant facilities for low-income domestic farm labor within the area of operation of the Issuer (excluding the South Dade Center), together with any and all improvements, extensions and additions to such units and facilities hereafter constructed or acquired, including the Project.

Examples of Housing facilities in a sentence

  • The University shall have the right to cancel this Lease and require that the Resident vacate the premises and all University Housing facilities if the University determines that the Resident’s conduct is not suitable or appropriate for University Housing.

  • In the event of cancellation of contract by University Housing, the resident agrees to vacate the room or apartment and cease using all University Housing facilities within a time to be specified by University Housing, and will pay all charges and liquidated damages due.

  • Use or possession of firearms may be prohibited in or around certain University Housing facilities.

  • Construction on the CSU, Chico campus may occur in or near campus University Housing facilities.

  • Licensees living in University Housing facilities are obligated to this agreement for this time period unless a Licensee’s license is approved for cancellation under the provisions of this License Agreement.
