Community Development Agreement definition

Community Development Agreement means an agreement entered into between a large-scale mining licence holder and a community;

Community Development Agreement means a community development agreement approved under section 141;

Community Development Agreement has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 22.1.

More Definitions of Community Development Agreement
